I'm Kia — Malian-American, native bilingual (EN/FR), and a specialist in high-stakes international event coordination. I've spent 15 years working from inside institutions like the World Bank, Airbus's executive office, and Fannie Mae, which means I understand the protocols, the pressures, and the precision these environments demand.

I grew up across West and Central Africa, Europe, and the United States, so bridging continents isn’t a concept for me. It’s just my life.
Before starting Boissaye Consulting, I worked inside the World Bank Group (ICSID) and the Airbus Executive Office. I’ve seen how high-stakes international events are supposed to run, and what happens when the coordination isn’t right.
Now I do this for organizations I believe in. International organizations, non-profits, and mission-driven institutions planning something that matters and needs it to actually work.
My work focuses on West and Central Africa, and I operate fluently in French and English across Francophone contexts — wherever your organization works on the continent.
